If you need silicone prototype parts fast, our on-site mold building capability is the answer. Steel prototype molds can be machined in 3 to 5 business days. Then, using Limtech’s large inventory of silicone raw material, fully functional silicone parts can be molded and evaluated.

These steel molds can also mold limited production runs. If larger production runs are needed, the lessons learned from the prototype mold can be incorporated into the production mold.
