Limtech's custom molding capabilities include both high and low volume runs ranging from ten to more than ten million units. We have over 30 LIM presses ranging from 22 to 150 tons plus three plastic presses. We offer additional services in-house, such as cryogenic deflashing, assembly and sub-assembly. We also can perform practically any type of insert molding to a wide range of plastics, metals and other silicone types. In addition, we offer o-rings in a wide variety of standard sizes and can manufacture them in virtually any range of durometer.
