Limtech Incorporated – Complete liquid silicone molding and on-site tool manufacturing. Quadra tool and mold maker and parent company of Limtech has been in business for over 60 years.

With this can do attitude, Limtech was started in 1992 and continues to this day to be a leader in liquid silicone molding, extrusion, rubber, and plastic molding. To get where they are today Limtech has expanded its horizons into the medical, foodservice, industrial, military, masks, dental and automotive industries. Limtech is dedicated to providing high-quality molding products and cost-effective solution.

With the Quadra experience of building tools and equipment Limtech soon became a pioneer in liquid silicon molding and in 1999 they built a new facility in Sturtevant, WI and have expanded twice, now housed in the Limtech/Quadra 75,000 square foot facility.

Plastic molding

Limtech's custom molding capabilities include both high and low volume runs ranging from ten to more than 10 million units. We offer insert molding to various plastics, metals and silicone and have over 30 LIM presses ranging from 22 to 150 tons plus two plastic presses. We also can perform practically any type of insert molding to a wide range of plastics, metals and other silicone types. In addition, we offer O-Rings in a wide variety of standard sizes and can manufacture them in virtually any range of durometer.
