Limtech's custom molding capabilities include both high and low volume runs ranging from ten to more than 10 million units. We offer insert molding to various plastics, metals and silicone and have over 30 LIM presses ranging from 22 to 150 tons plus two plastic presses. We also can perform practically any type of insert molding to a wide range of plastics, metals and other silicone types.
In addition, we offer O-Rings in a wide variety of standard sizes and, if not available off-the-shelf, we can manufacture them in virtually any range of durometer.
